Payment Options
We welcome registrations until the start of the conference. However, your conference presentation will not be scheduled until you have paid. Here are some tips and reminders about the payment process:
1. Payments are made to Functional Food Center;
2. Payment may be made by check, bank transfer, PayPal or credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express).
3. All payments must be in US dollars
Payment by Credit Card:
Your credit card will be charged when you submit the credit card information via our website. Allow 4 business days for the charge to appear on your credit card. An itemized invoice/statement will be issued and confirmation of your credit card authorization will be sent with your receipt. Please note we are able to accept credit cards with the 5 digest postal codes only, if your postal code is deferent please use ”99999” for the postal (zip) code.  ?
Payment by Bank Transfer:
1. For any bank transfer made from outside the US: please include an additional US$20 per transfer to the total amount transmitted. This fee covers intermediary banks' service charges. Failure to pay this fee will result in an incomplete registration
2. Once you have made the transfer, email ffc_usa@sbcglobal.net with the following details: 1. Date of Transfer, 2. Amount, 3. Invoice Number, 4. Name of Remitter

1. Checks or money orders should be made payable to "Functional Food Center" in USD only. (If you are from a country outside of the United States, please speak to your bank to make sure that the check is accepted in US banks. Any applicable fees for international checks will be deducted from the payment.)

If you have any questions, please Payment OptionThe 18th International Conference of the Functional Food Center (FFC) and the 6th Symposium of the Academic Society for Functional Foods and Bioactive Compounds (ASFFBC) will be held on September 15-16, 2015. The FFC accepts new registrations for the conference until the official start date. If you plan on registering for the conference, your presentation will not be scheduled until proper payment has been received. The FFC accepts a multitude of different payments, including: check, credit card, PayPal, and bank transfers. All payments must be made to Functional Food Center in US dollarsWhen paying with a credit card you must submit the payment through the FFC website, functionalfoodscenter.net. You need to use MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express for the payment to be accepted. It can take up to four business days for the payment to go through and appear on your credit card. A receipt for proof of purchase will be sent to you and it will come with confirmation of your credit card authorization.  
When using a bank transfer to make the payment, you are required to send an email after making the payment, to ffc_usa@sbcglobal. The email must include the following information: date of transfer, amount, invoice number, and name of remitter. 
When paying your fee with a check, make sure that all checks are made out to Functional Food Center and use US dollars. If you are using a check outside of the United States, please talk to your bank about whether the check will be accepted in the United States’ banks. Any fees that are applicable to international checks will be deducted from the payment, and may result in an incomplete registration. Checks must be mailed to 7575 Frankford Road, Suite 3527, Dallas, Texas 75252, United States. An email will be sent confirming that the FFC received payment.
